SHIPPING

Postage (within Australia only)
Flat shipping and delivery cost of $6.95 for all orders under $99.95.
FREE shipping for all orders over $99.95.

Order dispatch and delivery
Once your online order has been placed and fully paid for we will have the product dispatched as soon as possible. If you order before 1pm, dispatch will usually be the same day (this excludes weekends and public holidays).

All of our orders are currently shipped through either Australia Post, Sendle or InXpress and are usually delivered between 1-3 business days from dispatch. (Rural areas, please allow up to 6 business days).

Impact Nutrition claims no responsibility for any products that are damaged or lost during transit.

Order confirmation
Upon full payment of your online order you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your products have been dispatched you will receive a second containing a tracking number and dispatch confirmation.

If for some reason your order cannot be dispatched, we will contact you as soon as possible (either by email or phone) to discuss an alternative product or offer a refund on your order.

Delivery
If no one will be home to accept the delivery

The items will be left in a safe place at the shipping address by the delivery driver; or
If a safe place cannot be found, your order will be taken to your local Australia Post outlet for collection. The delivery driver will leave a card advising if this is the case.

CLICK AND COLLECT
Please allow 48 hours for your order to be delivered to your chosen pick up location. All pick up locations are SA based. You will be contacted when your order arrives at your chosen pick up location, advising it is ready for pick up.
