Shipping & Returns
A $9.95 flat rate applies to all orders under $150.00 within Australia. Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00 within Australia, Express Delivery is available for $19.95 within Australia. Impactnutrition.com.au reserves the right to change this at any time.
Once we have received your order, we will dispatch your order. Regular or Free Shipping are shipped through Shippit, please allow 3-10 Business days (Rural areas please allow for longer). Express Shipping can take between 1 – 3 business days from dispatch. Please note Due to COVID-19 there can be shipping delays out of our control.
If you order before 11am, dispatch will usually be the same day (this excludes weekends and public holidays).
Impact Nutrition claims no responsibility for any products that are damaged or lost during transit.
Upon full payment of your online order you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your products have been dispatched you will receive a second containing a tracking number and dispatch confirmation.
If for some reason your order cannot be dispatched, we will contact you as soon as possible (either by email or phone) to discuss an alternative product or offer a refund on your order.

Return unopened items within 30 days.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, we will offer an exchange or full refund. Please give our team a call on 0468 782 389 to discuss returning an order that has been shipped to you as additional charges may apply.
- You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days of your receipt of the Goods;
- In any event, you may not cancel orders for food or other perishable Goods, nor for handmade, specially commissioned or personalised goods;
- The Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:
- With both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
- Securely wrapped;
- Including our delivery slip;
- At your risk and cost.
- After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
- If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
- We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.

- By placing an order you are declaring that you are at least 18 years old.
- Please consult a physician before using any of our products if you have ever been treated for, or diagnosed with, or have a family history of any medical condition or if you are taking any over-the-counter of prescription medication. We advise that you read the warnings on any product that you purchase before consumption.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team by calling 0468 782 389 or emailing email@example.com and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product. This includes if a product you receive is damaged during shipment, arrives after its expiration date, or is not what you ordered.
